Interface Recruitment New Zealand Limited ("Interface", "we", "us") respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with the Privacy Act 2020.
What we collect
We collect the information you choose to give us, such as your name, organisation, email address, role details, career history and anything you include in an enquiry or registration of interest. Candidates may also tell us about their right to work in New Zealand, salary expectations, availability and any criminal convictions. This information is held in confidence and used only to assess suitability for roles the candidate has agreed to be considered for. We may also collect basic, non-identifying website usage information.
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and provide recruitment and advisory services.
- To consider candidates for opportunities they have expressed interest in.
- To keep in touch about relevant opportunities, where you have agreed to this.
- To send our newsletter, if you have subscribed. Every newsletter includes a link to unsubscribe.
Sharing your information
We never share a candidate's details with an employer without the candidate's agreement to a specific opportunity. We do not sell personal information. We may use trusted service providers, such as email and website hosting, to operate our business.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to keep personal information secure and to keep it only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above.
Your rights
You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing emma@interfacerecruitment.co.nz. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
